We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a building construction job in Doha, Qatar. The role is based in West Bay and suits an experienced supervisor who can manage daily work on site, keep quality high and keep the project moving on time.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities and the workforce on site.
  • Check the quality of work and track project progress.
  • Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
  • Make sure site work follows HSE and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily progress reports.
  • Support site inspections, snagging and handover activities.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction.
  • A valid MME Certificate is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of civil, structural and finishing works.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Qatar or GCC experience is preferred.
  • A valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.

The working hours are 10 hours per day, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on a day and night shift rotation.
