NAMMOS Doha is hiring an experienced Floor Manager for a luxury dining job in Doha, Qatar. The restaurant is a well-known luxury dining destination, and it is looking for a leader who is passionate about guest service and high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the restaurant floor team during service.
  • Keep exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Look after guests and make sure their dining experience is smooth.
  • Communicate clearly with the team and with guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager in luxury dining or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Experience in Greek or Mediterranean dining concepts is an advantage.
  • The employer prefers candidates of Greek or Albanian nationality.
