Customer Service Team Leader

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Min5yearsofexperiencein customer service field
Background knowledge of hospitality and 5 stars services highly regarded
Hold at least 3 years of experience to manage medium to a large group of at least 10customer service officers
Arabic Nationality Required
Good knowledge of CRM, systems or similar and computer literacy
Knowledgeable in Customer Service and related systems and procedures
