Elegancia Group is looking for a BIM Modeler (Architectural) to join its team in Qatar. This is a job for local hires only, so candidates must already hold a valid QID and a transferable visa. The role focuses on creating accurate architectural building models for construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Produce architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
  • Prepare plans, elevations and sections from the models
  • Support BIM coordination work and clash detection, where Navisworks is used
  • Work on building and construction projects with the project team

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler
  • Strong skills in Autodesk Revit
  • Experience producing architectural BIM models, plans, elevations and sections
  • Knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection is an advantage
  • Experience in building and construction projects
  • Valid QID and transferable visa
  • Able to join immediately or within 30 days
