Requirements, Skill-Set & Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ Years of Experience in Managing Application Development, Solution Architecture and Enterprise Applications
- University Bachelor in CS, Computer Engineering, MIS or Equivalent
- Very Solid Application Technical and Functional Background
- In-Depth understanding and experience in the following domain areas:
- eServices & Portals
- Workflows and Automation Systems
- System Integration & SOA Solution
- Mobile Apps
- BI/AI and DevOps is a PLUS
- Diversity of Technologies knowledge, including but not minimal to:
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Integration Middleware – SOA (Or Similar Technologies)
- Oracle Apex/Appian Low Code, No Code (Or Similar Technologies)
- .Net Framework
- Leading and Technically Managing the Delivery of Application Projects (Proven Record of Successfully Technically Managed Projects)
Following are the very critical to have characteristics:
- Team Leadership and Excellent Communication skills (Arabic – English)
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Interest in and understanding of the industry – as described above
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Time management and organization
Previously highlighted considerations :
- Native Arabic Speaking is a must, fluent English speaking is a must too
- Will work at Customer Site in Qatar
- Local Expertise in Qatar/GCC Countries is very important
