Sapphire Plaza Hotel is hiring an experienced IT Supervisor for a full-time IT job in Doha, Qatar. The role suits someone who can lead a team and keep the hotel’s IT systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the IT team and guide their daily work
  • Support and maintain Windows systems, networks and hotel systems
  • Manage network setup, including TCP/IP, VLANs and firewalls
  • Solve technical problems quickly for hotel staff

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of IT support or infrastructure experience, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Experience supervising a team or working as a senior technician
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, networking and hotel systems
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL are a plus
  • Able to join immediately, with a valid QID and an available NOC
  • Currently living in Qatar (locally available candidates only)
