IT Specialist

Job Summary

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, computer systems, networks, CCTV systems, access control systems, email services, and server backups. The role also includes managing company websites and social media platforms to support daily business operations and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain network systems, servers, and telecommunications infrastructure.

Monitor and maintain CCTV, NVR, and surveillance systems.

Configure and maintain door access control and Time & Attendance systems.

Manage company email systems, user accounts, and access permissions.

Perform server backups and ensure data security and recovery readiness.

Maintain and update company websites to ensure accurate information and proper functionality.

Create, edit, and publish social media posts, promotional videos, and marketing content.

Respond to customer messages and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with IT vendors and obtain quotations for IT equipment and services.

Maintain accommodation network infrastructure and provide technical support when required.

Identify and resolve IT issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

Required Skills

Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Experience with CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.

Knowledge of server backups and data protection.

Website maintenance and social media content management skills.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and coordination skills.
