WE’RE HIRING – REAL ESTATE SALES & LEASING AGENTS

Q Bay Real Estate Brokerage is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agents to join our team in Lusail, Qatar.

If you are already working in Qatar real estate and looking for better opportunities, strong support, and higher earning potential, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

·Generate and follow up on sales leads.

·Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.

·Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.

·Negotiate offers and close sales transactions.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·Stay updated on the Qatar real estate market and available properties.

·Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

·At least 1 year of real estate sales experience in Qatar.

·Valid Qatar Driving License and own car.

·Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

·Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.

·Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

·Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage
