Gardening Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of gardeners.
• Plan, assign, and monitor gardening and landscaping tasks.
• Inspect gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants to ensure they are healthy and well maintained.
• Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, and pest control practices are carried out.
• Train and guide gardeners on gardening techniques, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment.
• Monitor the use and maintenance of gardening tools, machinery, and irrigation systems.
• Identify and report any landscape maintenance or irrigation issues.
• Maintain inventory of gardening supplies and request materials when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily work reports and update management on completed tasks and ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Gardening Supervisor, Landscaping Supervisor, or in a similar role.
  Good knowledge of gardening, landscaping, irrigation systems, and plant care.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) with a transferable visa preferred.
• Company-provided accommodation; leave-out arrangement is not allowed.
• Immediate joining is an advantage.
