We are hiring an urgent Purchase Officer job in Mesaieed, Qatar. This project-based role suits someone with solid buying and procurement experience who can manage suppliers and keep project materials moving on time.

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing and procurement activities for the project.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to get items and services delivered.
  • Collect and compare quotations from vendors.
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Purchase Officer.
  • Experience in procurement and purchasing work.
  • Good knowledge of supplier coordination, quotations and purchase orders.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
