We are hiring a Head Chef – Pastry for a full-time job in Doha, Qatar. This role is for an experienced pastry professional who can lead a kitchen team and produce high-quality desserts and baked goods. A second opening, Commis I – Pastry Chef, is also available in the same team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pastry section and plan daily production
  • Create and prepare pastries, cakes, breads and desserts to a high standard
  • Supervise and train junior pastry staff
  • Control stock, ingredients and food quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant pastry experience
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Strong teamwork and a passion for pastry work
