WE’RE HIRING – TELE SALES EXECUTIVE | REAL ESTATE

Q Bay Real Estate Brokerage is expanding our team in Lusail, Qatar, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele sales Executive to join us.

If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in the Qatar real estate market, we would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients and generate new sales and leasing leads through calls and other communication channels

• Follow up with existing and potential clients professionally and consistently

• Present available properties and understand clients’ requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales/leasing team

• Assist in generating new business opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline

• Achieve assigned sales and call targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Previous tele sales experience in Qatar

• Real estate experience is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Target-oriented, motivated, and proactive

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is a plus
