Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and high service standards are maintained. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead housekeeping staff, monitor daily tasks, and ensure all assigned areas are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and staff duties.
Assign work schedules and monitor housekeeping team performance.
Inspect rooms, offices, facilities, and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the concerned department.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of housekeeping staff.
Prepare daily housekeeping reports and updates for management.
Handle special cleaning requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping operations.
Ability to supervise and manage a team.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa preferred.
Company-provided accommodation; leave-out arrangement is not allowed.
Immediate joining is an advantage.
