We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end business development cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence, forming strategic partnerships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify target clients, analyze competitors, and monitor industry trends.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Create and present customized proposals and pitch materials to potential clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track leads, pipeline progress, and deal stages.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and maintain punctuality in follow-ups and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales with a proven record of closing deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
