We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end business development cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence, forming strategic partnerships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify target clients, analyze competitors, and monitor industry trends.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Create and present customized proposals and pitch materials to potential clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track leads, pipeline progress, and deal stages.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and maintain punctuality in follow-ups and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales with a proven record of closing deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Hands-on experience in a forward-thinking and innovation-focused environment.
