Foreman Property Management

-Supervising and maintaining commercial or residential properties
-Collecting and adjusting rent, processing payrolls, and preparing financial statements
-Finding and retaining tenants, handling leasing, move outs, and evictions
-Developing and managing budgets and reports for property owners
-Building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
-Preparing Reports for the Property Manager
-Following up for the payments and invoices
-Maintenance
-Local Candidates ready to transfer.
-Qatar experience minimum 3 to 5 years with the Property Management Company
-Must have Driving License.
-Package negotiable based on the experience.
