📍 Location: Lusail, Qatar
City University Qatar (CUQ) is undergoing an exciting transformation to drive commercial growth—and we’re looking for a dynamic 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead impactful campaigns and drive student recruitment success.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
As a 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign management—planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Student Recruitment, and Admissions teams to deliver measurable results and enhance brand engagement.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and brand awareness
• Ensure effective coordination with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Student Recruitment, and Admissions teams
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to agreed objectives and standards
• Oversee execution of digital marketing, recruitment events, exhibitions, and outreach activities
• Liaise with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimise return on investment
• Develop and implement structured project management systems to enhance campaign efficiency and governance.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and student recruitment processes
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
