Job Opportunity: Safety Officers (Oil & Gas Construction)

Are you an experienced Safety Officer with a background in the Oil and Gas industry? We are currently seeking dedicated Safety Officers to join our team for a dynamic project in Dukhan, Qatar. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details:

  • Number of Positions: 3
  • Duration: 6 months (extendable)
  • Location: Dukhan, Qatar
  • Salary: Total Package QR 4500
  • Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and transport provided by the client

Requirements:

  • Locally available candidates in Qatar are eligible to apply.
  • NEBOSH IGC 1-2-3 certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in GCC.
  • Candidates must possess a valid Dukhan PTW (Permit to Work) & Gate Pass.
  • Candidates with Qatar Gas approval are highly preferred.
  • Shutdown work experience will not be considered.
  • Construction project experience in Oil and Gas within the GCC is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Provide safety training and awareness programs to site personnel.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.
