Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and maintain information in the bank’s internal systems and databases.
  • Carry out routine data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records and filing systems.
  • Scan, upload and organise supporting documents.
  • Check entered information against source documents to make sure it is correct.
  • Prepare basic Excel spreadsheets and administrative reports when needed.
  • Handle other routine clerical duties given by the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of a diploma or an approved qualification certificate. A university degree or professional certification is optional.
  • Basic computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
  • Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates with no work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience is an advantage.
  • Banking experience is appreciated but not essential.
