We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement & Vendor Relations Specialist to manage the procurement lifecycle for IT and technology-related products and services. This role is pivotal in optimizing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery models, software licensing, and technology contract structures.
