A new executive assistant job in Doha, Qatar is open for a young, energetic and trustworthy person who wants to work closely with the founder of a business. The role supports daily business work and combines office support, driving, travel planning and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, emails and follow-ups
  • Drive the founder to business meetings and appointments
  • Help with daily business activities and coordination
  • Take photos and videos for social media
  • Support personal branding and content creation
  • Arrange business trips and travel plans

Requirements

  • Preferred age between 20 and 25 years
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Valid Qatar and international driving licence
  • Honest, disciplined and trustworthy character
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Good photography and videography skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media and video editing
  • Organized, proactive and willing to learn
  • Willing to travel internationally
