Requirements, Skill-Set & Key Responsibilities:

  • 8+ Years of Experience in Managing Application Development, Solution Architecture and Enterprise Applications
  • University Bachelor in CS, Computer Engineering, MIS or Equivalent
  • Very Solid Application Technical and Functional Background
  • In-Depth understanding and experience in the following domain areas:
  • eServices & Portals
  • Workflows and Automation Systems
  • System Integration & SOA Solution
  • Mobile Apps
  • BI/AI and DevOps is a PLUS
  • Diversity of Technologies knowledge, including but not minimal to:
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Integration Middleware – SOA (Or Similar Technologies)
  • Oracle Apex/Appian Low Code, No Code (Or Similar Technologies)
  • .Net Framework
  • Leading and Technically Managing the Delivery of Application Projects (Proven Record of Successfully Technically Managed Projects)

Following are the very critical to have characteristics:

  • Team Leadership and Excellent Communication skills (Arabic – English)
  • Excellent Writing Skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Interest in and understanding of the industry – as described above
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organization

Previously highlighted considerations :

  • Native Arabic Speaking is a must, fluent English speaking is a must too
  • Will work at Customer Site in Qatar
  • Local Expertise in Qatar/GCC Countries is very important
