We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance brand visibility through strategic event planning and digital marketing initiatives. Description:
- Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies to build brand presence, engage customers, and drive leads, along with the partner agencies.
- Media Buying: Oversee all media buying efforts including banners, display ads, and digital placements. Work closely with agencies and third-party vendors to ensure campaign success.
- Martech Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to leverage marketing technology tools (CRM, email automation, analytics platforms) to drive data-driven decisions and improve customer experience.
- Digital Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across search engines, display networks, and social media platforms to meet business goals.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Coordinate with content teams from agencies, content creators and influencers to develop engaging digital assets that resonate with target audiences, ensuring the brand voice is consistent across all channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: support agencies in tracking and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns, generate insights, and prepare comprehensive reports to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including creative, product, marketing and sales, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand competitive in the market.
- Email and SMS Marketing: Managing email and sms campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
- Website Management: Updating and optimizing websites for user experience and performance.
- Influencer marketing: Manage and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, media buying, influencers marketing and Mar-tech.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful digital campaigns, particularly in the UAE automotive, tech, fashion or startup market.
- Strong proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred for targeting English and Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and market dynamics in the UAE is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and experience in managing ads and campaigns across these channels.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
