SMSA Express is hiring a Customer Service Agent for a full-time customer service job in Doha, Qatar. This role suits people who know courier and freight work and enjoy a fast-paced logistics setting.

Responsibilities

  • Call back customers within 24 hours through the callback process.
  • Work with the destination team on customs paperwork for held shipments.
  • Communicate by email, fax or phone with other departments to solve problems quickly.
  • Check unassigned traces every 30 minutes and review all traces at least twice a day.
  • Check pending traces and other transactions within 16 hours.
  • Confirm delivery instructions with customers.
  • Resolve trace issues and keep quality feedback high.
  • Follow up with customers as per the standard process.

Requirements

  • Background in courier and freight operations is an advantage.
  • Disciplined, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Mandatory: MS Office skills and good communication skills.
  • A diploma is preferred; high school education is acceptable.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with 1 to 4 years in logistics preferred.
