Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager (Specialist in our industry or has at least 3/4 years of experience) in MAJESTIC Celebrations / Events (Doha, Qatar).
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our wedding planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at expanding our client base and enhancing our brand presence within the wedding and events industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and digital marketing, with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our planning team to align marketing efforts with client needs and ensure a seamless brand experience from first contact through event execution. Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for creating memorable celebrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Previously worked in Sales in a wedding planning company in Doha, Qatar (Has Experience)
- Ability to bring new clients to our company through effective networking, strategic marketing initiatives, and a deep understanding of client needs, resulting in long-term business growth and stronger market presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events or client meetings
- Familiarity with wedding venues and vendor coordination processes in Doha, Qatar
- MUST speak ARABIC and at least understand English

Salary:
A small fixed monthly salary (2,500 – 3,500) + Commission on each deal closed.
