We are currently in the process of hiring a Web Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all web projects across the organization and its entities.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Define web project scope by assessing business and technical requirements, and developing proposals.
- Collaborate with the organization’s entities during the conception stage to align with stakeholder needs and translate expectations into effective solutions.
- Oversee projects from proposal to technical implementation and final delivery.
- Ensure timely maintenance and content updates according to SLA.
- Maintain quality standards and control for all requests.
- Identify and address web project issues through testing and collaboration with technical staff.
- Supervise the web team by establishing training procedures, task assignments, user experiences, and quality control processes.
- Strive to achieve project goals within timelines and allocated resources, while seeking cost-saving measures.
- Generate regular project status reports with detailed data, tasks, and processes for stakeholders.
- Embrace new tasks to drive innovative business ideas and opportunities for future success.
- Communicate monthly/quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare account status reports.
- Collaborate with Communications management to identify and capitalize on performance improvement opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record as a Web Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Effective communication, presentation, and influence skills across all organizational levels, including executives.
- Proficiency in Drupal and Web CRM Software.
- Strong familiarity with Project Management tools.
- Sound understanding of web content management.
- Technical expertise in Google Analytics, web ranking tools, web domain and DNS management (Alexa, Moz).
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
