Senior Specialist – Working force Planning and Organization Design

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning for medium to large organizations.
Experience in using statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience in ERP systems
Experience of HR reporting in a healthcare environment.
High level understanding of clinical requirements and models of care
Knowledge of workforce planning models, frameworks and tools.
6 months contract
Must be available to start ASAP
Salary QR 8,850
