Position: Tenders and Contracts Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Tenders and Contracts Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and actively contribute to the assessment and analysis of tenders and contracts, as well as compile contract documentation. The Tenders and Contracts Officer will oversee all contract policies, procedures, processes, and standards, ensuring the Corporation’s compliance with contractual obligations and minimizing potential risks while optimizing benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Divisional Manager of Procurement and Contract Management, as well as the Manager of Tenders and Contracts.
- Maintain close collaboration with Legal Division, Estate Management Division, Project Development and Oversight Division, Construction Management and Operations Division, service providers, and various internal and external stakeholders.
