Job Opening: Cathodic Protection Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled Cathodic Protection Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Technical Diploma (Higher National Diploma or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering as a minimum requirement.
- NACE CP Level I certification.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in conducting Cathodic Protection Inspection surveys within oil & gas fields.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cathodic Protection throughout all phases, including new projects and operational systems. This includes the ability to prepare comprehensive finding and remedial action reports.
- Proficiency in performing SACP and ICCP surveys.
- Expertise in CIPS and DCVG surveys, as well as the ability to interpret the results.
- Proficiency in PSP surveys and interpretations.
- Capability to conduct Tank internals/bottom Cathodic Protection surveys and interpretations.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
