Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing administrative tasks? We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team at Safir Hotels – Doha. As a Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
