Arabic Coffee Attendant

Job Summary:
The Arabic Coffee Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa/Qahwa) and other refreshments to guests while providing a warm, professional, and courteous hospitality experience. The role includes maintaining cleanliness of the serving area and ensuring high standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa/Qahwa), tea, dates, and other refreshments.

Welcome guests in a polite, professional, and respectful manner.

Ensure coffee, tea, and refreshments are served promptly and according to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry, serving area, and coffee preparation equipment.

Monitor and replenish coffee, tea, dates, and other hospitality supplies.

Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Clean and maintain coffee pots, serving trays, cups, and utensils.

Report shortages of supplies or equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Support hospitality services during meetings, events, and VIP visits as required.

Perform other hospitality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or as an Arabic Coffee Attendant is preferred.

Knowledge of preparing and serving traditional Arabic coffee and tea.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and courteous manner.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid Qatar ID (QID) with a transferable visa preferred.

Company-provided accommodation; leave-out arrangement is not allowed.

Immediate joining is an advantage.
