Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the university’s brand and achieve enrollment goals.
- Create and oversee marketing plans for various academic programs and initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure they are followed by internal and external connections.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Content Creation:
- Lead content development, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other creative assets.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to produce compelling content.
Advertising and Campaigns:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including online and offline media.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets and ROI.
Events and Outreach:
- Coordinate and promote university events, open houses, and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with admissions teams to support recruitment efforts.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft and distribute press releases, news articles, and media pitches.
- Act as the university’s spokesperson during crises and provide accurate and timely information to the media and the public.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing management and public relations, preferably in higher education.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, public relations strategies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in marketing and PR analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of higher education trends, enrollment strategies, and media relations

Legal Requirements:
- Must be residing in Qatar and holding a valid Qatari ID
- Must be able to provide NOC
- Qatar Driving License will be a plus.
