Baladna Food Industries is looking for a Merchandising Supervisor to join its sales team. This is a sales and merchandising job in Qatar, where you will help increase sales through good product placement and strong retail work in stores.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise merchandising activities and day-to-day retail execution.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and category management projects.
  • Communicate with retailers, sales teams, and key accounts.
  • Monitor stock needs, promotions, and merchandising compliance in stores.
  • Support sales targets by improving product placement and visibility.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience, including 2 years in a relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and merchandising strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
