Payable Accountant
Job Description:
• Manage software to track payable accounts (Oracle System).
• Verification, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment transactions.
• Organize accounts for multiple vendors.
• Monitor records for changes that misalign with records of incoming and outgoing resources.
• Communicates with clients, suppliers and other work-related transactions.
• Close coordination with the Finance Team and Manager for the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
At least 2 – 5 years payable accounting background.
v 2-5 years Oracle experience.
v Proactive and well organized.
Able to multi task and can handle pressure.
Can join immediately with NOC/transferrable visa.
