OPERATIONAL TEAM LEADER
JOB PURPOSE
An Operational Team Leader will achieve the highest quality of cleanliness for the airport by directing and coordinating
the Soft Services operation in accordance with the standards and policies of FMM.
The ideal candidate should have a background in airports, malls, 4-star/5-star hotels with 300+ hotel rooms or
entertainment parks. He or she should be an individual who fully understands the delivery of exceptional detailed quality
outputs and has the ability and foresight to balance operational requirements and expectations of the client.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
: Arleast years experience managing a bugger wolore, – manpower.
SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS
• Advanced technical knowledge (strip & seal of floors, floor restoration, advanced chemical knowledge, knowledge of
different types of cleaning equipment and machines).
: Excellent superiors leaners cuties and English A munication skills.
• Good knowledge in cleaning operations.
• Capable to lead a team of around 30-50 cleaning operatives.
