Position Type: Part-Time (might be changed to full-time depending on the performance)
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to help elevate our institution’s brand presence and drive targeted enrollment campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in developing data-driven marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, student recruitment, and community engagement.
Campaign Execution: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, and events) to promote academic programs and institutional initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights; use findings to inform marketing tactics.
Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, admissions, and external partners to ensure branding consistency and effective campaign execution.
Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign metrics, and generate analytical reports to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Content Creation & Oversight: Provide guidance on content development (messaging, visuals) that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with the institution’s branding.
Budget Management: Participate in allocating and overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and high ROI.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within higher education or a similarly regulated environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management, email automation) and strong command of MS Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Team-Oriented Approach: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Residency: Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID.
