Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and drive the marketing strategy for the leading pharmacy chain Kulud. This is a senior leadership role that demands expertise in retail and e-commerce, with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, growth, and revenue.
2) Retail & E-commerce Expertise: Manage both retail and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, 3) fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven execution.
4) Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
5) Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior executives, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities.
6) Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the highest ROI.
