About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented specialist to own and manage project workflows using tools like Asana or ClickUp. You’ll be responsible for structuring complex initiatives into clear, trackable systems — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimise task management workflows across teams
- Translate project plans into structured boards, timelines, and automations
- Monitor progress, flag bottlenecks, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Maintain documentation and reporting dashboards
Requirements
- Based in Doha, Qatar
- Proven experience with Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Background in creative production or product development planning is highly preferred
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus
