Hand Over Engineer
Job Description/Role:
Develop handover management plan, and check lists for the project in coordination with the Client and Consultant.
Preparation of weekly and monthly Handover Progress Reports.
Attend meetings with Clients, Stakeholders, Third Parties and other disciplines concerning matters relating to Project Handover.
Carry out Snagging with Stakeholder & Supervision Consultant of Roadworks, Safety Furniture, Directional Signs, Strom Water, Street Light, TSE line, Ooredoo, QAF and ITS Network.
Preparing of Testing Commissioning Plan, Handover Plan and Method Statements.
Approach different governmental authorities for handover of the project and collect their clearances.
Has specific responsibility to plan for and coordinate with PWA’s O & M Departments / Assets affairs to get their approval for the completed works during construction and at testing on completion stage.
Ensure project hand over record, road safety audit issues, submitting a health & safety file (manuals, record sheets, as built drawings, warranties & certificates, testing and commissioning documents, and specified quality records).
Maintain up to date Hand over plans and schedule.
Effectively securing of the Taking-Over, Completion and Maintenance Certificates in coordination with all the involved Parties.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Science and/or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Construction Engineering.
10 years of work experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Local Roads & Drainage, Infrastructure, Landscape & Beautification Projects.
Extensive experience in handling and compilation of handover documentation.
Required experience in GCC region.
Must have MMUP.
Already resident in Qatar and NOC Available.
