We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Events Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute fashion-related events that will help our company. This role requires someone passionate about fashion, with strong organizational skills and a flair for producing standout experiences—from runway shows and pop-ups to influencer activations and store launches.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute fashion events such as product launches, trunk shows, fashion weeks, pop-ups, and store openings.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue booking, setup, staffing, invitations, and catering.
  • Work closely with the design, PR, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as staging, production, AV, and décor.
  • Oversee guest lists, RSVPs, and influencer/VIP outreach.
  • Ensure all event elements align with the brand’s identity and target audience.
  • Monitor event budgets and provide post-event reports with KPIs and feedback.
  • Stay updated on fashion and event trends to innovate and inspire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience coordinating events in fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
