Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimating Manager, located in Doha, Qatar. The Estimating Manager will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing and interpreting project drawings and specifications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accurate budgets are adhered to. Additional duties include managing pre-construction and bidding processes, conducting cost analysis, and providing cost-saving solutions to improve project profitability.
Qualifications
- With Minimum of 10 years experince in the field of industrial Kitchen & Laundry
.
- Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting project drawings and specifications.
- Strong skills in managing pre-construction and bidding processes.
- Proficiency in conducting cost analysis and providing cost-saving solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with construction management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electromechanic Engineering,or a related field.
