Job overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities across our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, coordinating repair and upkeep tasks, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in excellent working conditions. This position requires a hands-on leader who understands both the technical and operational aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and reliability.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical,
• HVAC, plumbing).
• Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper
• functioning.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment servicing, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan maintenance activities without
• disrupting operations.
• Assist in training and evaluating maintenance team members.
• Recommend upgrades or improvements for facility equipment and systems.

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or
• team lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and
• HVAC.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Good communication ( English and Arabic) a plus and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are advantageous.
