Job overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities across our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, coordinating repair and upkeep tasks, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in excellent working conditions. This position requires a hands-on leader who understands both the technical and operational aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and reliability.
(Some of) What you will be doing:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical,
- HVAC, plumbing).
- Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper
- functioning.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment servicing, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan maintenance activities without
- disrupting operations.
- Assist in training and evaluating maintenance team members.
- Recommend upgrades or improvements for facility equipment and systems.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or
- team lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and
- HVAC.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Good communication ( English and Arabic) a plus and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are advantageous.
