JD of Business Development Manager
- Contacting potential insurance industry senior executives to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Delivering demonstrations of Anoud Tech solutions to prospective clients.
- Researching organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in Anoud Tech territories (Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, Americas).
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new market opportunities in Anoud Tech territories.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Assist presales team in developing quotes and proposals for clients
Requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in operations / IT in insurance industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Functional knowledge of the insurance industry
- Fluency in different technologies (hardware / software/integrations)
- Strong MS Office skillset (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
