WE ARE LOOKING FOR HR MANAGER
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
– A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
– Preferably Arabic nationality
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
– Craft clear and effective memos to communicate HR policies, updates, and other relevant information to the workforce.
– Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and Qatar Labor Law.
– Oversee accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
Manage visa processes for existing staff and coordinating visa applications for incoming staff, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
– Handle sensitive HR information, particularly with visa-related matters, with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
– Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
– Performing annual employee performance reviews.
– Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
– Tracking department budgets.
– Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to support overall HR objectives and initiatives.
– Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
