Job Description :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Qatari market within the government/Oil & Gas/Banking sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Independently achieve the assigned target through proactive business development and sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations in both Arabic and English.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Experience in IT services sales, with a solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Business development experience in Qatar, with a strong local network.
  • Demonstrated success in working with government entities, oil & gas companies, and financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of local procurement and tendering processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to Qatari business practices.
