Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate detailed configuration specifications and gather business analysis requirements.
  • Identify requirements for reporting and alerts to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners, collaborating to optimize integration processes.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes.
  • Detect and highlight common sources of technical queries or issues, providing insightful recommendations to the product team.
  • Communicate valuable insights and findings to the product team for informed decision-making.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify potential issues, and enhance customer value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience of 5-6 years in requirement elicitation and testing.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to extract relevant business insights, utilizing data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with generating process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
