Quality Fitness Gym is hiring a female Gym Receptionist and Membership Sales Executive to join its team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role mixes front-desk work with selling gym memberships, so it suits someone who is friendly, organised and motivated by sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Greet gym members and visitors when they arrive.
  • Answer membership enquiries by phone, in person and on WhatsApp.
  • Promote gym memberships and available packages.
  • Turn enquiries into membership sales.
  • Follow up with potential customers to help them decide.
  • Handle membership registrations and renewals.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities.
  • Previous experience in gym reception, hospitality or membership sales is preferred.
  • A presentable, enthusiastic and target-oriented personality.
