Sales Executive – Events & Hospitality

Adara Group is hiring a Sales Executive for Events & Hospitality. This Full-time sales job in Doha, Qatar suits someone who enjoys bringing clients and events together. The role focuses on winning event bookings, planning proposals and keeping customers happy from the first enquiry to the final event.

Responsibilities

• Answer event enquiries and prepare clear proposals for clients.
• Coordinate venue setup, catering and other event services.
• Prepare quotations and event contracts.
• Build good relationships with clients and spot chances to offer extra services.
• Supervise events on the day and work closely with other internal teams.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel sales, catering sales or events management.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Female candidates are preferred, and Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred as well.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
