Mind Stream is looking for an HSE Officer for a brownfield oil and gas project. This HSE job in Dukhan, Qatar suits safety professionals who know how to keep high-risk field work under control.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Permit to Work (PTW), lock out tag out (LOTO) and confined-space entry procedures.
  • Carry out gas testing and supervise lifting operations.
  • Prepare job hazard analyses and risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents and find their root causes.
  • Run toolbox talks with site crews.
  • Monitor heat stress controls and emergency response procedures.
  • Keep HSE documents complete and up to date.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
  • H2S Awareness certification.
  • Confined Space Entry certification.
  • Third-party certified First Aid.
  • Dukhan PTW card and QE approval are preferred.
