We are hiring a D365 F&O Functional Consultant for an onsite support project in Qatar. This role suits an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations professional who can solve business problems and keep daily operations running smoothly. The main focus areas are HR, Procurement and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve daily issues across HR, Procurement and Finance.
  • Support employee records, leave management and approval workflows.
  • Handle purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor management and invoices.
  • Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and budgeting.
  • Work with technical teams to coordinate and validate fixes.
  • Maintain support documentation and resolution logs.

Requirements

  • Experience in D365 Finance and Operations functional support.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, with good understanding of Procurement and Finance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with production support, tickets and incident management.
  • Understanding of workflows, approvals and business processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
  • Nice to have: experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and integrations.
