We are hiring a Junior Barista to join a café team in Qatar. This is a good chance for a friendly and energetic person to start or grow a career in the hospitality industry. The job is open to freshers who love coffee, and previous barista experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other drinks.
  • Help with espresso machine operations and basic coffee preparation.
  • Learn and improve coffee-making and latte art skills.
  • Keep drink quality and presentation at a high standard.
  • Give friendly and professional service to customers.
  • Keep the coffee station clean, hygienic and well organized.
  • Support daily café operations and work well with the team.

Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, smart appearance and willingness to learn.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Asian female candidates are invited to apply, as stated in the advert.
  • Previous barista experience is helpful but not required for freshers.
